Some locations (such as hotels, airports, workplaces, shopping malls, or other private properties) use charging stations managed by charge point operators that are part of the SUBARU CHARGING NETWORK public charging network.
If you authenticate using your SUBARU CHARGING NETWORK charging card, the session is processed as a public charging session, even if the station is located on private property.
This means the public charging fees apply, and these sessions cannot be refunded.
To avoid unexpected charges, please make sure not to use your SUBARU CHARGING NETWORK charging card when charging at a private station. Only use your SUBARU CHARGING NETWORK card or app when you intend to charge at a public charging station.
